Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented D365 F&O Functional Consultant specialized in Supply Chain Management (SCM) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Dynamics 365 F&O and should be comfortable working closely with clients and technical teams to deliver business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Able to understand and gather the business requirements for Supply Chain processes accurately.
Participate in end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O Supply Chain Management modules including Inventory Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Sales and Marketing, Master Planning, Production control and Warehouse Management.
Work closely with stakeholders to design functional solutions aligned with business needs.
Prepare functional documentation, test cases, and conduct UAT sessions.
Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
Configure and customize D365 F&O to meet business requirements following Microsoft best practices.
Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, customizations, and troubleshooting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) or AX with focus on Supply Chain Management.
Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management modules: Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Sales & Marketing, Master Planning, Warehouse Management, Production Control
Experience in at least one full project lifecycle (end-to-end implementation or upgrade) and support projects.
Ability to create functional design documents, conduct fit-gap analysis, and manage testing cycles.
Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and solutions.
Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing, trading, or distribution industries.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good To Have:
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate.
Exposure to Power BI, Data Management Framework, and integration scenarios.
