  • Our consulting and professional services (Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce implementation, Global Capability Center setup, Enterprise AI solutions, and related managed services); and

  • All software products we develop and distribute WhatsAppDynamics, Call Integra, FIESA (including the Field Service – Technician App), and Care Analytics PRO (each a "Product," collectively "Products"), regardless of the marketplace through which they are installed (Microsoft AppSource/Microsoft Store, Salesforce AppExchange, direct license, or otherwise).
    This is a single, consolidated policy. Product-specific disclosures required for marketplace listings (e.g., Microsoft Store) are included in Section 13 rather than hosted as separate pages, so there is one authoritative privacy document for the entire NSquare business.

  • 1.2. Zero Remote Storage: NSquare Xperts does not host, aggregate, cache, store, or replicate your customer profiles, communication histories, log files, or operational data on our own remote servers. All core database functions remain securely inside your designated host environments.


2. Information Handled by Integrated Products

  • 2.1. Communication Data (e.g., WhatsApp Dynamics, Call Integra): Transmitted data packets, texts, files, or call logs flow seamlessly from your CRM out to the third-party communication platform (and vice-versa). The exchange is governed purely by your respective CRM platform and the communication API provider.


  • 2.2. Analytical Data (e.g., FIESA, Care Analytics PRO): Operational computations, predictive scoring dashboards, or healthcare analytics operate entirely in-situ within your secure business cloud parameters.


3. Data Safety and Security

  • 3.1. Infrastructure Protection: Because the data never leaves your secure instances to travel to us, the ultimate physical, administrative, and technological security layer relies on your internal corporate security frameworks, alongside the cloud compliance baselines established by Microsoft and Salesforce.


4. Third-Party Connections and Disclaimers

  • 4.1. External API Ecosystems: Our applications rely on dynamic bridges to communicate with third-party networks. We are not responsible for the privacy policies, data harvesting loops, or security mechanisms deployed by these external parties (such as Meta, local telecom bridges, or custom ERP systems).


5. Changes to the Privacy Policy

  • 5.1. Future Amendments: We may update this Privacy Policy as software specifications change or compliance mandates evolve. We recommend regularly checking this policy or the application details on marketplace pages to keep updated on our zero-data retention methods.
