General Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in the enterprise digital products developed by NSquare Xperts (including WhatsApp Dynamics, FIESA, Call Integra, Care Analytics PRO, and related application add-ons). By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using these Products from the Microsoft AppSource, Microsoft Store, Salesforce AppExchange, or directly via our licensed distribution channels, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. License and Use


  • 1.1. Scope of License: Upon verified purchase or active subscription, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to install and use the Product strictly for your internal business operations.

  • 1.2. Intended Purpose: The Products are designed to extend and enhance CRM environments (such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce). Unauthorized distribution, usage in unauthorized environments, or weaponization of the products for spam/abuse is strictly prohibited.

  • 1.3. Restrictions: You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, distribute, or create derivative software works based on the Products.


2. Payment, Billing, and Marketplace Terms

  • 2.1. Third-Party Marketplace Processing: For software acquired via commercial marketplaces (e.g., Microsoft AppSource/Store or Salesforce AppExchange), payments, recurring billing, and local tax evaluations are processed directly by the respective marketplace platform.

  • 2.2. Refund Policy: All marketplace purchases are final. Refunds, cancellations, or credit adjustments are strictly subject to the respective marketplace's governing refund policies. Directly negotiated enterprise agreements will follow their individual contract terms.


3. Software Updates and Technical Support

  • 3.1. Delivery of Updates: The Products may receive iterative updates to optimize performance, introduce features, resolve bugs, or align with host platform API upgrades. These updates are pushed via their respective application marketplaces or direct patch packages.

  • 3.2. Support Services: Product support is managed directly by NSquare Xperts. Technical troubleshooting, inquiries, and setup assistance can be directed to our team at info@nsquarexperts.com.


4. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • 4.1. "As Is" Provision: All Products are delivered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, uptime, or fitness for a precise business flow.

  • 4.2. API & Integration Continuity: Because our products integrate deeply with live external ecosystems (e.g., Meta/WhatsApp APIs, Microsoft Cloud, Salesforce Clouds), we do not guarantee uninterrupted functionality resulting from third-party service alterations, deprecations, or network outages.


5. Limitation of Liability

  • 5.1. Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, NSquare Xperts and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, system downtime, data exposure, or operational disruptions—arising out of the use or inability to use the software products.


6. Ecosystem Compliance & Responsibilities

  • 6.1. Third-Party Governance: Our tools interact with platforms like WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.), Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Salesforce. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your enterprise stays compliant with the terms of service, policies, and messaging rules mandated by these providers.


7. Termination

  • 7.1. Enforcement: NSquare Xperts reserves the absolute right to suspend or terminate your software licensing rights immediately if any clause within these Terms is breached, or if the product is utilized in a way that risks ecosystem blacklisting or legal friction.


8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • 8.1. Legal Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Government of India. Any disputes arising out of the performance or breach of these terms will be handled exclusively under local legal provisions in competent courts.


9. Modifications to the Terms

  • 9.1. Updates: NSquare Xperts reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Revised terms become active upon posting to our official channels or marketplace pages. Continued use of the applications constitutes binding acceptance of the updated terms.
